Return & Exchange

 

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
  • Refund method: original payment

 

1) Eligibility

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. During holiday periods we extend this window

 

2) Condition of Items

  • Unopened/unused products: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Lightly tested beauty & personal-care items:
    If a shade, scent, or texture isn’t right for you, or if you experienced mild irritation, we allow a one-time exchange or store credit per order.
    “Lightly tested” means the product was opened and tried briefly (for example, one or two uses) but remains clean, hygienic, and in a resellable condition.
    To qualify, the product must be substantially full—that is, at least 90% of the original content remaining—and returned within the eligible return window.
    Please ensure the original packaging is included and not damaged.
  • Bundles/sets: Must be returned complete unless otherwise stated.

We may refuse returns that are heavily used, missing components, or not in a condition suitable for resale (except for defective items).

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Samples/free gifts
  • Sealed hygienic items once opened where prohibited by law (e.g., certain applicators)

 

4) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Go to returns portal link or email us with your order number and ZIP/postal code.
  2. Receive your RMA and (if applicable) a prepaid label.
  3. Pack items securely, include any accessories, and drop off within 7 days of label issue.
  4. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund/credit posts.

 

5) Refunds & Processing Times

  • We aim to process returns within 5-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • Refunds post to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3-5 business days.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement after your return is scanned or you can choose an instant exchange by placing a new order (we refund the original once received).

 

6) International Returns

  • Duties/taxes paid at checkout or on import are non-refundable by us. You may inquire with your local customs authority.
